about me

My Photo
Heather Jansen
As a kindergarten teacher, I lovingly referred to my busy, squirmy, can't-stay-in-their-seats students as "wigglebottoms". Five year olds think it's hilarious, but the truth is, I am the ultimate wigglebottom. I'm constantly jumping from one project to another and never getting enough sleep. This blog started as a place for me to write about my adventures in teaching and the many renovations we were doing on our little old house, but it has evolved with me into motherhood and so much more. I recently resigned from teaching to stay home with our son and work on my many, MANY projects. I love ice cream, cloth diapers, coconut m&m's, and anything crafty. I have too many hobbies for my own good. I'm forgetful, clumsy and always running late. I would be hopeless if it weren't for the grace of a loving God. This is my messy little life.
